Workouts and recommendations are always tailored to the individual - their fitness level, health status, lifestyle, and, of course, age. Sessions can take place at the gym, outdoors, or in the comfort of your own home.

How much does it cost to work with me?

The price for a single training session or consultation is 500 CZK.

For long-term partnerships, I offer discounted packages with a lower price per session. I always tailor the specifics individually based on the frequency of sessions and the scope of services. The goal is to structure our partnership so that it is sustainable in the long term and makes sense in terms of both results and investment.

Is nutrition based on extreme diets?

Not at all.

Your diet will remain as close as possible to your usual habits. My goal is to tailor it to your goals while ensuring it's sustainable in the long term.

Don't expect extremes or unreasonable restriction but just smart adjustments that lead to real results.

Where do the training sessions take place?

Workouts can take place at Orange Gym, outdoors (at outdoor workout areas or parks), or in the comfort of your own home.

I'll adapt to whatever works best for you.

Who is this collaboration suitable for?
