I help people of all ages improve their fitness, physique, and overall health without resorting to extremes, quick fixes, or extreme diets. I focus on a sustainable lifestyle, functional fitness, and overall vitality. I do not train competitive bodybuilders. My work is geared toward real-world results in everyday life: better fitness, more energy, a stronger body, and long-term health.

I'm not the kind of trainer who pushes clients to the limit at any cost. I guide my clients calmly, objectively, and with a focus on results. Every client is different, which is why I rely on patience, a personalized approach, and the ability to understand their real needs. Working with me is for those who are serious about their goals. For people who want change, but also want to understand what they're doing and why.

My work isn't just about training. I focus on a comprehensive approach—exercise, nutrition, recovery, and overall lifestyle. The goal isn't a short-term effect. The goal is long-term change.

I earned my personal trainer certification at the prestigious MaxFitness Academy by FitPraha under the guidance of Bc. Pavel Kuncl and his team of trainers.


NUTRITIONAL ADVISOR

I earned my professional certification as a nutrition consultant at the Institute for Healthy Lifestyles in Prague, founded by Pavlína Dostalíková.

A DISCIPLINE PROVEN IN PRACTICE

More than 20 years of service with the Czech Police, including overseas missions (Kosovo, Iraq), have taught me discipline, mental resilience, and how to work under pressure. I apply the same approach today to training and nutrition. No excuses. Focused on results. I'm used to seeing things through to the end. Thanks to this, I'll help you set up a routine that you'll be able to stick to long-term and that will lead you to results. You won't be alone on your journey.
